And it is no coincidence that, in the 1974 Giro d'Italia, roughly 80% of all riders of the peloton chose De Rosa frames. Widely considered "The Master" Ugo De Rosa manufactured masterpieces which strongly influenced the cycling industry.
The very core of this De Rosa is made of Columbus SLX steel tubes - a very light and stiff tubing with helical inner reinforcements, butted sections and reinforced chain stays - A bike which really embodies the perfection and attention to detail of the Milanese frame builder.
This particular De Rosa is in good condition and is fitted with Campagnolo partzs, based on a Campagnolo Croce d'Aune groupset. This includes a set of magnificent and iconic delta brakes! And on top there is a wheelset with rare and sought after Mavic Ceramic rims.
