Widely considered "The Master" Ugo De Rosa manufactured masterpieces which strongly influenced the cycling industry. And helped other colleagues to set up their professional manufactures. Just like Eddy Merckx for example. And there was a very good reason for that. Eddy rode frames made by De Rosa to the biggest thinkable victories and the orange painted team Molteni bikes became iconic.
Here we offer you a bike which pays a tribute to these machines. The De Rosa Professional steel frame from the 1980s has been refurbished in team Molteni colours and equipped with modern parts. Campagnolo Centaur 11-speed parts with silver finish suit the nature of the bike well and is completed with a handbuilt wheelset with smooth rolling hubs with sealed bearings, handmade clincher tyres or Regal Evo saddle. This modern interpretation blends classic cycling icon with modern (brand new) parts allowing to enjoy the vintage looks with contemporary ride.
The combination of a modern groupset with a great steel frame is a guarantee for riding pleasures.
