Eddy Merckx Corsa Extra ARD Team. This is a rare classic Eddy Merckx Corsa Extra race bicycle in ARD Team paintwork from the 1980s. The ARD Team was a professional Belgian cycling team, whose most famous cyclist during the 1980s was Eddy Planckaert. He rode in 1988 the same frame we present here.
The Corsa Extra was the top of the line professional model by Eddy Merckx and was made of Columbus SLX steel tubes. The bicycle is equipped with top class Campagnolo Chorus parts from the 1980s. A highlight are here the Campagnolo Omega Rims - the front one has radial spokes - and the Campagnolo Chorus parts in black color.
