Description
The Eddy Merckx Corsa Extra road bike was the top of the line product from the Eddy Merckx brand during the late 1980s.
The Corsa Extra was ridden to victory by a series of professional riders during the 1980s and early 1990s, famous for its reliability and strength in competition. The Columbus SLX tubing formed an excellent, durable frame that provided a responsive ride.
This model includes an unusual, drive-side chromed stay and detailed pantographed brake bridge. Components are full Campagnolo, with a C-Record groupset, Delta brakes and deep section Campagnolo Zonda wheels.
In the classic blue, red and white colour-way of the Motorola team, this bicycle is an icon of cycling history. Perfect for Eroica events and 80s nostalgia.
