Description
In 1984 already some details of the classic Eddy Merckx Professional changed:
The shifting cables were routed under the bottom bracket shell and the fork crown got the distinctive sloping style which it would keep for the next decade.
One year later our Eddy Merckx Corsa was produced.
The bike has been built using classic Columbus SL tubing and is equipped with the then new Campagnolo parts of the Victory/Triomphe era.
On top it has been fitted with a race number holder which makes it even easier to attach your L'Eroica number to it!
In fact, with its classic looks, wider clincher tires and a 28t freewheel, it is an excellent choice for historic cycling events.
Moreover, it is robust enough to be ridden on a daily basis.
A great allrounder with a massive plus concerning style.
