When Eddy Merckx, the most successful professional rider of all time, retired from racing, he set up his own frame manufacturing company. With guidance of the most skilled frame builders, especially Ugo De Rosa, The Eddy Merckx Cycles started to produce some high-quality frames.
This particular exemplar is painted in Team Faema colors, which Eddy Merckx was part of him self between 1968 and 1970.
Equipped with top end Campagnolo components, the bike makes a perfectly working vintage race machine.

ConditionUsed. The bicycle is in good condition. The frame has no cracks, no dents and is not bent. The paintwork has been professionally refurbished. All parts have been checked and are working fine. The bicycle went through a full checkup at Steel Vintage Bikes workshop! All parts were disassembled, cleaned and re-assembled again. The frame was checked for structural integrity and all wearing parts were replaced with new ones; saddle, cables and handlebar tape. You can expect the bicycle in fantastic riding condition and ready to go for your vintage bike ride.
