Description

Faggin was founded in 1945 in Padova, Italy. The manufacture for custom built racing bikes grew bigger with the decades and reached its climax of importance in the 1980s, when the also equipped the Italian national Team with bikes for the Olympic games.
From this time stems our little blue flame. This classic racing bike was built with steel tubing of what was probably the most famous bicycle steel company of its time, Columbus. And the beautiful lugs bond those tubes into a nice sporty shape.

The paintwork, of course, might be the number one eye catcher on this bike and the cromovelato shines as if the whole bike was alive with lustre.
To achieve this effect, a thin translucent coating has been applied on top of a polished chrome plating.

But over all the glance, we should not forget that the bike is also equipped with a solid set of Campagnolo parts, including the famous Campagnolo Record shifting.

A classic bike which is equipped with clincher rims, turning a classic racer into a bike which is suitable for all kinds of rides, including L'Eroica challenges.
