Description

In 1980, Francesco Moser introduced a strongly limited series of gold plated and lavishly equipped bikes. Only 10 pieces of those were built.
But technically a bike is still limited when you build it the same way again but change the varnish, right? This seems to have been Moser's thoughts exactly. And so a small batch of evenly outfitted bikes were built, just that they received a translucent paintjob on a chrome base instead of a gold plating.
One of these rare pieces is our Francesco Moser Cromovelato Prestige Road Bike from 1982.

The highlight of this stunning road bicycle is certainly the frame. Made of light and sturdy Columbus SL tubes, it underwent a chrome plating and a velato varnishing which turns it into a real gem. It is impossible not to fall in love with this bicycle...

This bike is certainly one of the rarest Moser models.
Regarding the components, this elegant bicycle is fully equipped with a Campagnolo Record groupset, with many pantographed details.

The perfect choice to impress already on first sight
