Description
Frejus Classic Road Bicycle. A brand which really embodies the most prestigious Italian heritage.
Founded in 1896 by Emmo Ghelfi in Turin, the company was subsequently acquired by Emilio Bozzi - owner of Legnano. Truly handcrafted and equipped just with the best components, Frejus bikes led a young Gino Bartali to his first victories in the 1930s.
Frejus bicycles have been always highly evaluated amongst collectors from all over the world. This vintage Frejus has survived many decades and despite its many years is in good shape. In order to preserve its authenticity we went for a light refurbishment and kept all its components. The componentry is formed around a Campagnolo Gran Sport shifting and then new Campagnolo Record parts. As high end as you could go back then.
Completely checked and ready to take part in L'Eroica or to enrich any collection. Decent, cool and authentic!
