Description
Guido Messina is an Italian road and track champion cyclist who rode with Frejus and Molteni teams in the 1950s-1960s. After retiring from the competitions, he started distributing high-quality road and track bicycles, whose frames were only built by expert frame-builders from Turin Giovanni Pelà and Villata.
Our G. Messina Aero is the best example of Italian art of frame-building! The lugs that connect the Columbus SL tubes are smooth and thin. There are G. Messina pantographs on them and on many parts. To match the best quality frame, most of the Messina bikes (as well as this one) were originally equipped with the top of the line parts, which undoubtedly were Campagnolo Super Record.
If you are looking for a non-mainstream hand-made classic bicycle of the best quality from the 1980s, then this is your choice! Great ride comfort and suitable for any of the many cycling events and especially for L'eroica!
The highlights of this road bike are:
- Artisan hand-made Italian steel frame
- Lightweight tubing: Columbus SL
- Top of the line group: Campagnolo Super Record
- Great choice of other parts: 3ttt, FiR, Selle Italia
- Epoche-correct parts fitting the frame
- Many pantographs and special details
- Fully checked and ready for the ride
- And as usual: we ship fast and safe worldwide, wherever you are...
