Released in 1986, the Compact is one best frames ever produced by Gios. Beside technical innovations already introduced with the Professional model in the same year (such as the patented and waterproof seals for the internal routed rear brake cable and the one piece BB-shell with integrated bridge), the Compact features an adjustable droupout system, actually its most significant development.
This Gios Compact has an original and for a Gios rather unusual red apintjob, which sets it apart. But it is not just the pait - it is equipped with Campagnolo Croce d'Aune parts and very rare Campagnolo Cobalto brakes.
