Description
Manufactured between 1973 and 1982 in three different versions, the Gios Torino Super Record is - thanks to the great Roger De Vlaeminck - one of the most winning and most dreamed racing bicycles of all times.
Here we present one of the earliest Super Record from the period 1973-1977, easily recognisable from fork crown and bottom bracket shell with the engraved "GT" letters, the stickers (later with a white stripe) and the no-imbus brakes. In those years the Italian brand supplied the famous Brooklyn Team with its frames.
Being a racing bicycle with pedigree, we decided to keep it as original as it was. Therefore this Gios Torino underwent just a light refurbishment and is still equipped with its original parts. A classic frame built with Columbus SL tubes and equipped with an original Campagnolo Record groupset!
Rare and appealing. A true piece of cycling history
