Description
Founded by Silvino Grandis in 1965, Grandis is an Italian manufacturer from Verona which still produces high-end racing bicycles. Everything started in 1930, when Silvino built his first frame, though he started selling bicycles under his name only after 35 years. Ever since his bicycles have been admired by cyclists and collectors around the globe.
The Grandis Special was one of the top model back in the 1970s. Made of light and sturdy Columbus SL tubes, this bicycle perfectly illustrates Grandis skills in building lightweight bikes.
This bike arrived at Steel Vintage Bikes in original good condition and equipped with a vary rare Shimano Dura Ace groupset from the 1970s. Checked and serviced in our workshop, this Grandis is ready to be ridden.
Simply elegant. A bicycle for true gentlemen.
