Description
Guido Messina was an Italian road and track champion cyclist who rode with the Frejus and Molteni teams in the 1950s-1960s.
After retiring from competitions, he started distributing high-quality road and track bicycles which were mainly built by expert artisans from Turin, as Giovanni Pelà and Giuseppe Villata
This Guido Messina Record Road Bike from 1978 is made of light and sturdy Columbus SL tubes and is an austere, yet very elegant bicycle with racing pedigree. Arrived at Steel Vintage Bikes in original condition, this bike underwent a complete and thorough check in our workshop: cables, chain, bar tape and tires have been also renewed.
This Guido Messina Record comes with a pantographed 3ttt stem and the groupset which the 'Record' name promises: A Campagnolo Nuovo Record.
