When W.F. Holdsworth opened his bicycle shop in 1933 in Putney, London, little was he to know about how famous his name would become amongst British cyclists. Much of this fame is due to the the 1970s Team Holdsworth Campagnolo, which became the most successful cycling team the UK had seen.

Even though the original shop in Lower Richmond Road closed in 2013, the brand was not left to die and in 2015 it celebrated its resurrection with the Holdsworth Heritage line. For these models, only the finest materials were chosen to proudly carry the Holdsworth mark of quality. They were manufactured with the same traditional, highly developed engineering skills and, most of all, the sense of pride which defines a Holdsworth.

Elegantly proportioned, carefully butted and heat treated Reynolds 753 tubes are hand cut, mitered and carefully brazed with silver filler rods. Producing the frames at the lowest possible temperature helps to produce a lightweight, steel road frame of uncompromising performance and beauty. The Super Professional 753 brings the Holdsworth story right up to date, blending cutting edge construction and attention to detail with time honoured handmade craftsmanship.
