Description
Here we present a very rare classic bicycle from Lazzaretti. Lazzaretti is an Italian brand and bicycle shop from Rome with a nearly centennial history. All their bikes are made with an extreme attention to detail and a deep sense for elegance.
Our exemplar still shows the beautiful deep red paintjob which contrasts very well the yellow accents. The tubing is Columbus SL - ubiquitous on professional road bikes of its time and the choice of most top frame builders back then. The lugs are slim, thin and with generous cutouts. A light Roto made bottom bracket shell completes the ensemble.
As for the components, nothing could have been a better match than top notch Campagnolo Super Record parts.
While looking at this marvelous bicycle it is impossible not to fall in love with it!
If you are looking for a rare vintage road racer for weekend rides or historic races: this is the one to choose!
