Description
Legnano Competizione classic racing bicycle. In the heyday of classic cycling sports in Italy, Legnano was one of the most famous manufacturers of fine bicycles. Legendary Champions like Gino Bartali, a young Fausto Coppi and many others rode to their fabulous victories on Legnano bicycles.
Given their heritage and charm, Legnano bicycles are nowadays highly valued among collectors and Eroica riders, a must-have for true vintage cycling enthusiasts!
This Legnano Competizione dates back to the 1970s. Despite it is some decades old, it is still in good condition. The frame is built of special seamless drawn light tubes by Falck. And it is of course painted in the typical "green Legnano".
A Campagnolo gearing, Fiamme rims with Legnano hubs and Weinmann brakes makes this Legnano the perfect bicycle to tackle the famous "Strade Bianche" at L'Eroica!
