Description
Legnano Gran Premio classic road bicycle. Seven world championships, six Giro d'Italia, two Tour de France and two world hour records are enough to enumerate Legnano among the most winning - thus most prestigious - brands of all time.
A brand which is also proud of being one of the oldest Italian manufactures (1902, Milano) and of having built bicycles which would become true icons.
Just as the Legnano Gran Premio, first released in 1958 as slightly cheaper - yet high-end - alternative of the Olimpiade Roma.
This Legnano Gran Premio dates back approximately to 1961-1962, according to the frame serial number. Despite its age, our Legnano Gran Premio is in a nice shape: the frame - made of falck steel tubes - has been professionally restored a few years ago and is equipped with high-end parts, like a Campagnolo Gran Sport gearing, a Legnano-Magistroni crankset Legnano hubs and Ambrosio bar and stem.
A racing bicycle without compromises: reliable, elegant and high-end. It won't disappoint you on L'Eroica's Strade Bianche!
