Description

This Marzorati comes from a region in Italy which has been drenched in the sweat of master framebuilders. Milan, much like Turin, has been one of the hotbeds of modern road bike design and production. Door to door with the big names of the game like Pogliaghi, Masi, Galmozzi etc., there were numerous small brands, often shop-brands which gave forth to finely tuned machines of top quality.

One of those brands is Cicli Marzorati. Few bikes were produced and almost nothing is known about it today. Maybe there is a connection to Fratelli Marzorati, who run the Ambrosio wheel factory.
Fact is that the frame of our Marzorati Classic Eroica Road Bike is really well made and even shows some fine engravings on the seat stay caps and the fork crown. Strong columbus tubing and Cinelli bottom bracket shell tell that the frame was built for serious racing.

The equivalent groupset for such a steed can be nothing else than a top class Campagnolo Nuovo Record.
The bike has been checked and is immediately ridable, even if you want to hit the strade Bianche for an Eroica adventure.
