Description
Cycles Mercier is a French bicycle manufacturer founded in 1919 by Emile Mercier in Saint-Etienne. Many famous Champions like Poulidor made the bikes in distinctive pink colour famous all over the world. This classic Mercier dates back to the 1970s and is a very clean and elegant road bicycle.
The frame is made of Reynolds 531 butted steel tubes which almost always results in a light yet stiff build.
. Regarding the components, this classic bicycle is equipped with miscellaneous components of its era, such as a gold anodized Simplex gearing, a Stronglight crankset and gold anodized Mafac Comüpetition brakes.
