Description

Francesco Moser, also known as the 'Sheriff' was not only a world champion, but whilst still competing competitively also began producing world class bicycles with his brother Aldo. Bringing the practical knowledge of the road to the construction of the frame itself.

From the late 1970s, with the help and support of master frame builder Ugo De Rosa, the small Moser workshop in Trento, northern Italy was transformed into a premiere destination for road bike production. In 1990s, as many other also Moser started to introduce carbon fiber as a frame building material. F. Moser FSB Frames, where the abbreviation FSB stands for Fillet Silver Brazed, are made of carbon fiber tubes, connected with steel lugs with aluminium sleeves.

And with a bit of exaggeration, it wouldn't be a proper Moser bike if it hadn't some sort of elaborate seat post clamping. Yes, the seat post is clamped (or should we say wedged) internally in the seat tube. Simply turn the bolt underneath the saddle and that's it.

This F. Moser has been equipped with a nice blend of Campagnolo parts, from Athena, Chorus to C-Record.

A vintage and hi-tech road bike for serious riders.
