Description

F. Moser road bikes not only bear the name of a champion, they were also largely influenced by Francesco himself. For many years he rode bicycles which were made in his family's manufacture. The result was that the materials, the geometry and the equipment of their bikes was always quite modern and absolute high class.

This is even visible on our Moser Donna Classe Ladies Road Bike from the 1980s.
The tubing is Oria butted tubing by Mannesmann. The last steel bike which won the Tour de France was built from Oria tubes.

As for the groupset the most modern was good enough: Shimano's top class Dura Ace groupset is an utterly reliable set of componentry which found its place in the hall of fame of bicycle parts partly for its remote beauty partly for its smooth functionality.

This Moser Donna was thoroughly checked and with a twist on the adjustment screw of the right shifting lever, is Eroica eligible. This twist turns the shifter from indexed to friction shifting.
An excellently made ladies bike from the late 1980s. For historic bike rides and everyday alike.

Please note that due to the special Anglais-geometry, this bike will fit for people who otherwise would ride a 56cm men's road bike.
