Description
Giovanni Battaglin was not only a great stylist as a rider but also an innovative producer of absolute top class racing frames. In fact, a great margin of the legendary Italian steel frames from the 1980s and 1990s had been produced in his manufacture in Bassano del Grappa, many of which for other famous companies.
So to no surprise, this NOS Battaglin TIG-Welded frame is extremely well made.
The classic geometry is formed and dominated by a slightly oversized tubing. The strong tubes have been assembled to become a frame of extraordinary strength.
This frame was made with tall, strong riders in mind and it radiates a feeling of utter stability and reliability. No speed wobbles in sight when riding this red beast!
If you are looking for a classic frame with a super strong main triangle - this piece is a great catch.
The frame will be build into a full classic bicycle using new and classic parts.
