Description
In 1939, Giuseppe Olmo, nicknamed "Gepin", retired from a successful cycling career and set up a bicycle manufacture in Celle Ligure together with his brothers Franco, Giovanni and Michele. The company is still in production today. During the years many excellent bikes have left Celle Ligure to win races all over the world.
Just as the Olmo Competition, the top-of-the-line road bike in the 1970s and 1980s catalogue. Built with light and sturdy Columbus SL tubes, the Olmo Competition is a bicycle with true racing pedigree, a hand-made and lightweight frameset.
This Olmo Competition is in original condition and is fully equipped with an original, pantographed Campagnolo Nuovo Record groupset. All parts have been checked in our workshop which means the bike is ready to ride.
A classic racing bike from the finest Italian manufacturing tradition. Suitable for Eroica events.
