Description
Paganini was the shop brand of one of the absolute top class traditional bicycle shops of Belgium. Plum Ghent is actually one of the most renowned bike shops in the world. They became famous, selling their Plum Vainqueur racing bikes. But when Italian steel dominated the market, they established the brand Paganini.
These frames were built by Billato in Italy to a really high standard. Billato was a contract builder and they were also responsible for the later Ciöcc; Concorde and Conti Frames. This Paganini classic bicycle is bases on a frame made of Columbus steel tubes with beautigul engraved lugs featuring the Paganini logo. Then the frame has has been treated by the special translucent blue "cromovelato" paintjob. On same parts, the chrome has been left exposed to shine though, like on the stays, fork blades and even the head tube - classy! Another refine detail is the internal routing of the braking and shifting cable.
As for the equipment, you will find a blend of nice Campagnolo parts such as Nuovo Record, Gran Sport or Triomphe.
A classy bicycle manufactured with stunning attention to detail.
