Description
Luciano Paletti is a famous frame builder from Modena, Italy. He has built high-end road bicycles since the early 1970s and has always been one of the most progressive frame builders, always trying to push out the current boundaries of technology. At the same time he tried to build reliable competitive frames.
This racing bicycle dates back to around 1990 and does not fail to impress with a remarkable setup.
The tubing is the utterly reliable Columbus Cromor. Because ovalised tubing was used, special oversized lugs were necessary, to preserve a classic appeal. Simply beautiful
Only high class parts found their way onto this bike. The core of which are formed by a crisp and reliably working Campagnolo Chorus groupset Syncro downtube shifters.
Further highlights include the San Marco Titanio seat, a pantographed 3ttt cockpit and the Movic Open Pro wheels.
Evenly terrific as the setup are the riding qualities of this bike. Fast yet subtle with a stiff frame and comfortable wheels.
A bike which is not trying to hide its potential of being a peloton-bursting machine.
This bike is evenly suitable for long rides, relaxing weekend jaunts and demanding fast training rounds. And a true piece of art when you hang it to the wall on top!
