Description

Luciano Paletti is a famous frame builder from Modena, Italy. He has built high-end road bicycles since the early 1970s and has always been one of the most progressive frame builders, always trying to push out the current boundaries of technology. At the same time he tried to build reliable competitive frames.

This racing bicycle dates back to the early 1990s and does not fail to impress with a remarkable setup.
The tubing is the searched for and rather rare Columbus EL-OS. This slightly oversized version of the incredibly light Columbus Extra-Leggera tubeset forms a very strong yet lightweight frame. Because - partly pantographed - special oversized lugs were used, the bike still has a very classic appeal. Simply beautiful
Strong colours leave no doubt about the era which gave forth to this marvellous piece.

Only top notch parts found their way onto this bike. The core of which are formed by a crisp and reliably working Shimano Dura Ace groupset with parts from the 74xx series. This includes a lustrous polished crankset and the rare pedals.
Further highlights include iconic Spinergy wheels new genuine leather bar tape and the searched for Ferrari seat by Selle Italia.

Evenly terrific as the setup are the riding qualities of this bike. Fast yet subtle with a stiff frame, legendarily comfortable wheels and a drivetrain which works like a swiss clockwork.
A bike which is not trying to hide its potential of being a peloton-bursting machine.

This bike is evenly suitable for long rides, relaxing weekend jaunts and demanding fast training rounds. And a true piece of art when you hang it to the wall on top!
