Description
Giovanni Pelizzoli – nicknamed "Ciöcc", which in dialect from Bergamo means "spike" – is known worldwide thanks to his Ciöcc bikes, which he manufactured from 1969 to 1980. Monuments as the San Cristobal and Mockba left his workshop in northern Italy and became soon widely esteemed for a particular attention to details and meticulous craftsmanship.
Since 1983 Mr Pelizzoli has produced a limited amount of frames in his atelier, just as this "Pelizzoli Designer". Manufactured with light and sturdy Columbus SL tubes, this bicycle illustrates the continuity with the Ciöcc brand in the cut-outs, engravings and many pantographed details.
Regarding the components, a super Campagnolo Super Record groupset completes this bicycle and makes it a perfect machine to tackle the impervious gravel "Strade Bianche" of L'Eroica.
The bike is in original condition and has been checked in our workshop. Tires, cables, chain, saddle and bare tape have been replaced.
An Italian bike with heritage. Simply unique, the right choice for high-demanding enthusiasts!
