Description
Perego was an Italian frame builder who worked for Colnago building frames around the 1980s. Whilst working for Colnago Perego also crafted some of his own branded bicycles such as this 1984 Perego Classic Road Bike with a Campagnolo Super Record groupset.
Quality Columbus SL tubing and a Cinelli fork head with pressed Perego branding, are the basis of this well built bike. Details such as the shapely lugs and Pantographed Stem distinguish it as well as the glossy original grey paint job, which holds class and contrasts well with the bright yellow decals.
The Campagnolo Super Record groupset is in good condition and and has been tuned by our mechanics, ensuring it runs perfectly meaning this 1984 bike is ready to tackle the roads.
An all round reliable and refined machine, this Perego is a Classic Road Bike with the interesting and rare addition of being made by one of the lesser known brands of Italian cycling.
