Description
The year of 1953 then saw him making a dream come true, by using money - which he got as a compensation for handing over his starting place in the Giro - for the setup of a bicycle shop and manufacture in his hometown Treviso.
From then on Pinarello bikes became more and more famous, more and more refined.
In 1975 the company finally achieved its first Giro d'Italia victory. And today there are not many brands with a similar number of triumphs in big races.
A high-class bike, the Pinarello Treviso was one of the most popular models of the Pinarello line throughout the 1980s. It is a gorgeous, performance racing bike which was named after the town of Pinarello's prestigious factory Italy.
Manufactured with light and sturdy Columbus SL tubes, the Pinarello Treviso received an often chromed fork and the typical cutouts and pantographs, just like ours did.
This superb, elegant Pinarello arrived at Steel Vintage Bikes in original condition and underwent a full inspection in our workshop.
Equipped with original Campagnolo Chorus components, Mavic clincher rims and 3ttt cockpit, the bicycle has been thoroughly checked and adjusted by the expert hands of our mechanics in Berlin: ready to be ridden!
The right choice for friends of exquisite bikes and Pinarello fans. With a small change in the brake levers even suitable to hit the L'Eroica roads! And the way it is now, L'Eroica California eligible.
