Description

Redl classic road bicycle from the 1960s. Here we present another classic road bicycle from Anton "Toni" Redl senior and his son Toni junior, expert artisans of the last century from Munich, Germany.

This time it is definitely built by Toni Redl Senior.

The frame is made of Reynolds 531 tubes and is equipped with the best 1960s components. First of all the complete Campagnolo Record groupset (first generation) and the iconic Mafac Dual Forge brakes (It was not before the late 1960s that Campagnolo released the Record brakes)

Despite its age, this Redl is in very good condition and shows lots of refined details, as the lugs, the air pump and an original leather Brooks saddle from its era.

The perfect choice for true connoisseurs and collectors.

The bike was originally purchased at Redls workshop by two brothers both carpenter's apprentices. They put down a deposit and took the bike to their place in the countryside. They saved their small salary for one year to pay off their debts.
They shared the bike in the way they shared the price. By the way they treated it you can tell it was something really special for them.
