Description

Baronchelli, Roger De Vlaeminck, Franco Ballerini and Moreno Argentin are some of the riders who rode frames expertly and meticulously built by Mario Rossin, one of the best Italian frame builders in the 1970s and 1980s.
His career started at the Colnago factory which he left in 1974 to establish his own business together with Vittorio and Giuseppe Ghezzi, Inzaghi and Garbelli – patrons and managers of Italian top class teams at that time.
Carefully manufactured and with a notable attention to details, 1970s and 1980s Rossin steel racing bikes are icons of the finest Italian bike manufacturing and have found their way into many international competitions. Famous classics were won on Rossin bikes as well as Olympic medals.

For several reasons our Rossin Super Record is one of the rare pieces which are very hard to find these days. The top level frame is made of Columbus SL (SuperLeggeri) tubes and very nicely made. The components are the very best of the time - Camapgnolo Super Record in its first generation. Many parts have also been pantographed by Rossin and the sheer precision of every single line even in the tiniest details is really something special. But we are not done here yet. You will find some small tuning details like lightweight chainring bolts, alloy brake caliper nuts, or the rare 3ttt SL saddle with aluminium rails. To ensure that this beauty will roll smoothly and it wont let you down on a ride a set of premium Vittoria Corsa tyres has been mounted on Nisi rims.

But the best part is yet to come. The whole bike is in excellent condition and the way how it is preserved is exceptional. Needles to say that such high class bikes are scarcely to be found these days.

A stunning piece for a serious collection but perfectly rideble at the same time.
