Description
Salsa Cycles has been founded in the early 80s in Bloomington, Minnesota. Salsa makes a wide range of models, what they are most known for though are bikes for extreme terrain and climate.
Salsa Colossal we offer you here is not an extreme bike, it is rather an excellent all rounder. Built as a road bike, it is well balanced, fast and stable in descents but at the same time perfect for long days in a saddle. And when you will take it to a city, it will feel at home. It is based on cr-mo steel frame and fitted with Enve RD carbon fork for disc brakes.
As for the equipment, the shifting is supplied by Shimano with 10-speed Ultegra and 105, brakes by Avid, saddle by Prologo, stem by Easton and the brand new 28 mm tyres by Tufo. Salsa calls it an 'adventure bike' and it pretty much lives up to its description.
