Description

A rare classic bicycle built in the 1970s by Stelio Belletti, undoubtedly one of the most creative and skilled frame builders of all time, who introduced the process of TiG welding (Tungsten Inert Gas) to the bicycle industry in the 1970s. He learnt it from his father Antenore, a planes fuselages welder.

The master manufactured roughly 1000 frames. Therefore each Stelbel bicycle is apiece of art that would enrich any vintage cycling collection!

Every Stelbel bike is surprisingly stiff and a flawless piece of seamless connections.

This beautiful lugless Stelbel frame is a true craftsmanship masterpiece, as well as the unique fork with the iconic Stelbel crown. It is said that Stelio spend two days of work alone on every one of his famous forks.

And have you ever seen a solution for the rear dropouts on an 1970s bike just like the one this stelbel provides?

This classic bicycle is furthermore equipped with a nicely drilled Campagnolo Nuovo Record groupset - the reliable high-end choice for many cyclists of that era.
