Tigra Leader Flamboyant 1990s Road Bike

Tigra is a Swiss cycling brand which was founded in the late 1940s in Switzerland. Rather then building frames on their own, they tried to source high class frames from contractors and assembled them with different parts.
After some years, the brand was sold to and continued by the Maschinenfabrik Gränichen.
Tigra gained some fame with their own racing team until it was suspended in the 1960s.
The brand remained in the market as a brand for quality road bikes until it was eventually shut down due to high production costs in the early 2000s.

Our Tigra Leader Flamboyant 1990s Road Bike is one of the real good bikes that were produced in Switzerland.
The frame is made of thin-walled CroMo tubing by Oria. It received an exciting paintjob which is not denying its 1990s origins.

The groupset is a legendarily reliable Shimano 600 Ultegra. A setup which is good for many 10.000s of miles.
Comfortable and precisely shifting 'brifters' ensure a safe and pro-reactive riding, be it in mountainous climbs or cruising through the city.
