Since 1947 and for now three generations, Vetta is building first class bikes in the area of Padua.
Their mindset regarding unique solutions can be witnessed in the design of our Vetta Classic Mountain Bike from 1990.
The top tube of the lugged Oria steel frame received a distinctive profile not unlike the well known Columbus Gilco tubing.
And regarding the specialty: there sure are not many frames out there with a special protection loop attached to the downtube!
As for the parts nothing less than a complete Campagnolo setup was chosen. It is the Campagnolo Centaur groupset, a real collection of quality offroad stuff.
This Vetta has been sold in Berlin at the Serroh bicycle shop in 1990 and shows the typical lively bright colours you would expect from a bike of this era.
The bike has been serviced and is ready for a second life under the pedal strokes of a vintage Mountainbike fan.
