Description
In 1942, Mario "Gaibera" Vicini, a professional cyclist, opened a small workshop in the city of Cesena. There he built some exquisite and reliable road bikes which were widely esteemed by cyclists and enthusiasts in the surroundings. Since Vicini did only manufacture a limited amount of bikes, his works are nowadays pretty rare.
This Vicini from the year 1980 arrived at Steel Vintage Bikes in original, great condition. Manufactured with solid Columbus Aelle tubing, it is fully equipped with a reliable Campagnolo Nuovo Gran Sport groupset and many pantographed parts, as the chainring, stem and seatpost.
Chromed stays give it the little extra fast looks and add to the durability of the bike.
If you are looking for a reliable, elegant racing bike to participate in Eroica events, this Vicini Gran Sport is the right choice. Fully serviced in our workshop: ready for the adventure!
