Description
This Wilier Tristina Pro Race is a pure road bike from the first years of the new millenium. The frame is made of aluminiumn alloy tubes, yet the seat stays are of carbon fibre. To make this combination possible, the transition between materials had to be smart. So there is a monostay ot the top, which is actually a sleeve for the carbon stay to be glued in. The lower ends have a small platforms to provide a stable and secure connection for this stressed part of the frame. The use of carbon fibre should make the bike more comfortable and at the same time lighter. In the front, you will find the Columbus Carve carbon fork.
As for the equippment, a Campagnolo Daytona 10-speed gruppo has been chosen with addition of FSA parts like hubs, hedset and the crank, which is also Wilier branded.
This bike is for someone who appreciates Italian bikes with pedigree and contemporary ride sensetion. Checked in our workshop, you can just hop on it and ride.
