Description

Although not the most winning bicycle of all time, it is fair enough saying that Wilier Triestina manufactured some of the most beautiful racing bicycles ever.

Widely known for their typical "Cromovelato" paintwork, the bikes from the factory in Rossano Veneto has appealed collectors around the globe as few other bicycles ever since.

This Wilier Triestina Cromovelato dates back to 1975 and is in original condition. The paintwork is the highlight of this exquisite vintage racing bicycle and consists of a thin golden paint coat applied over chromed tubes - Columbus SL tubing in this case. The bike has been specially branded for the Cornale bike store, one of the biggest Wilier dealers in the 1970s.

Regarding the components, this Wilier Triestina is equipped with an original Campagnolo Nuovo Record groupset which has been fully serviced in our workshop. Our expert mechanic brought this Wilier Triestina to its former glory by thoroughly cleaning, oiling and adjusting all parts. Cables, chain, bar tape and tires have been renewed.

A piece of cycling history. Terrifically beautiful and ready to ride! Approved to take part in Eroica events worldwide.
