The fact that the Cannibal himself won pretty much everything in shoes with 3 stripes made them an instant hit. But it was not just the endorsement, it was also a proof of sheer quality and absolute coolnes.
This Adias Vuleta II pair comes straight from the late 90s. This model was popular in pro-peloton. The straps are reinforced with kevlar and the stiff sole is of nylon with carbon fiber.
