Description
The Colnago Nuovo Mexico shares the aggressive racing geometry (short, light and very stiff) with the Colnago Super. The major development is the profiled Columbus SL tubes which had distinctive crimps at the top and down tube.
Upon its release and instant success by Giuseppe Saronni in the 1982 World Championships, the Colnago Nuovo Mexico became an instant cult classic and a proud piece of cycling history.
Our Colnago Nuovo Mexico is from late 1980s and already has the 130mm dropouts. It still sports its original paintwork with the special net pattern called "retinato". Built up with an early 1990s Campagnolo groupset.

Condition
Used. The bicycle is in good condition. The frame has no cracks, no dents and is not bent. The paintwork and decals are all original. All parts have been checked and are working fine. The bicycle went through a full checkup at Steel Vintage Bikes workshop! All parts were disassembled, cleaned and re-assembled again. The frame was checked for structural integrity and all wearing parts were replaced with new ones.
