Description
Colnago Superissimo is, as the name suggests, an evolution of the legendary Super. It retains many of the characteristics of the Super, but it was esthetically enhanced by the chromed heat tube lugs and later the brake cable was also routed inside of the top tube. The Superissimo model remained on offer until 1996 and this one is one of these later models.
This Colnago Superissimo has been refurbished and it sports a chromed green, silver and red "Tricolore" paint job with the "retinato" pattern. What is more the bicycle has been equipped with a Colnago carbon fibre fork.
Regarding the parts, we have decided to build this rather special Colagno with a brand new Campagnolo Chorus 12-speed groupset. The bicycle has also been equipped with other brand-new parts such as the Campagnolo Zonda wheelset which provides the perfect blend of top-level classic steel frame and contemporary performance.
