Dario Pegoretti was widely considered to be one of the greatest contemporary frame builders and a pioneer of legless TIG welded frames.
After learning his trade under the master frame builder Luigino Milani. Dario Pegoretti
was eager to experiment with new forms and techniques, in the 1990s Dario set out to build frames in his own name, developing a signature style that melded art, music and strikingly innovative techniques.
Our exemplar was crafted by the master himself in the late 1990s, the frame has been built with TIG welds and oversized tubing providing a better weight ratio and a stiffer ride. The bicycle comes equipped with a top of the line Shimano Dura Ace groupset.
Condition
used. The bicycle is in good condition. The frame has no cracks, no dents and is not bent. The paintwork and decals are all original. All parts have been checked and are working fine. The bicycle went through a full checkup at Steel Vintage Bikes workshop! All parts were disassembled, cleaned and re-assembled again. The frame was checked for structural integrity and all wearing parts were replaced with new ones. You can expect the bicycle in fantastic riding condition and ready to go for your vintage bike ride.Bicycle Size
