The Gios Compact Pro Evolution is an example of exquisite steel frames. Made of lugged Cro-Mo steel tubing - specifically designed for Gios - this model is a real thoroughbred racer.
To make the geometry of the frame more versatile, the adjustable rear dropouts were installed - a pioneering invention by the legendary brand from Torino.
Our Gios Compact Evolution keeps the original paintwork - the iconic "Gios Blue" - finished with chromed lugs and fork. And the forks really is a thing of beauty. Sculpted blades, unicrown design with Gios pantographes and surprisingly large space to accomodate a wider tyre. It is equipped with Campagnolo Chrous 9-speed groupset which fits the bike perfectly. Works great and is a joy to look at.
All components have been thoroughly serviced in our workshop which means that this bicycle is ready to be ridden.
Gios Compact is a real treat to ride and this stylish racing machine is fully capable of serious riding.
Condition
Used. The bicycle is in good condition. The frame has no cracks, no dents and is not bent. The paintwork and decals are all original. All parts have been checked and are working fine. The bicycle went through a full checkup at Steel Vintage Bikes workshop! All parts were disassembled, cleaned and re-assembled again. The frame was checked for structural integrity and all wearing parts were replaced with new ones.
