Description
Manufactured between 1975 and the late 1980s, the Prestige is a cycling masterpiece designed and built by Alberto Masi in his Milanese atelier. It was meant to be a modern version of the Gran Criterium (his father Faliero's masterpiece), with which the Prestige shares a unique attention to details, meticulously filled lugs and an austere elegance.
This Masi Prestige dates back to 1980s and has clear influences from the 80s aero faz. The frameset is most likely made of Columbus tubes (Masi never disclosed which tubes he actually used to manufacture his frames) and perfectly illustrates the famous Masi attention to details and materials.

Condition
Used. The bicycle is in good condition. The frame has no cracks, no dents and is not bent. The paintwork and decals have been professionally refurbished. All parts have been checked and are working fine. The bicycle went through a full checkup at Steel Vintage Bikes workshop! All parts were disassembled, cleaned and re-assembled again. The frame was checked for structural integrity and all wearing parts were replaced with new ones (Chain, tyres, bartape, cables).
