Umberto Scapin started building racing bicycles in 1957 in Piove di Sacco (Padua, northern Italy) and dedicated his whole life towards the production of high-end and refined steel frames. However not a mainstream brand, Scapin bicycles are nowadays really renowned amongst collectors worldwide.
Like most Italian frame builders, Scapin committed to manufacturing not only durable and performing frames, but also elegant and beautiful ones, adjectives which must accompany every Italian bicycle. And this Scapin Classic Racing Bike from the 1990s is no exception.
Built with reliable micro-alloy triple-butted tubing, this Scapin frame has a serious racing geometry and wonderful paintwork.
This very elegant road bicycle is in very good, original condition and is furthermore equipped with a complete Campagnolo groupset, including SSC rims.
If you are looking for a typical elegant Italian road bicycle to take part in historic cycling events, this Scapin will not disappoint you!

Used. The bicycle is in good condition. The frame has no cracks, no dents and is not bent. The paintwork and decals are all original. All parts have been checked and are working fine, the bicycle has only been checked and has not been fully serviced.
