This is a very lightweight 1" headset by Tange in black. Even though that it looks classic and almost traditional, inside you will find very modern and very smooth completely sealed bearings. And whats more, it is made of duraluminum alloy and it is surprisingly lightweight. A good-value spare part for your classic & vintage road bike!
