Irio Thommasini did not produce a wide range of models, he only produced top of the line models.
The Thommasini Super Prestige is one of these top range models that has been built using Columbus SLX tubing. These famous steel tubes which were the choice for many professional riders from the mid 80s to the mid 90s.
Our Tommasini Super Prestige is a little more special. It is a limited edition of which only 200 were produced between 1990 and 1991. To celebrate the 15th anniversary of Bill Lewis importing Tommasini bikes to the United Sates of America.
This has been paired with a Campagnolo Athena groupset.
Condition
Used. The bicycle is in good condition. The frame has no cracks, no dents and is not bent. The paintwork and decals are all original. All parts have been checked and are working fine. The bicycle went through a full checkup at Steel Vintage Bikes workshop! All parts were disassembled, cleaned and re-assembled again. The frame was checked for structural integrity and all wearing parts (tyres, cables, chain, bar tape). were replaced with new ones.
