May there be more famous bikes - it still is fair enough to say that the Wilier Triestinas are some of the most beautiful racing bicycles ever manufactured.

Known as "Ramata" amongst enthusiasts - Ramata, feminine for Ramato which in Italian means copper plated - the Wilier Triestina has always appealed to collectors around the globe like few other bicycles.

The paintwork is certainly the highlight of any Wilier Triestina Ramata: a translucent paint coat over polished chromed tubes - Oversized and strong Columbus steel tubes in this case.

This particular model dates back to the 1980s and is in very good condition. It is equipped with Campagnolo Super record parts, clincher wheelset and a big 28 teeth freewheel, good for climbing at any Eroica event worldwide.

Condition

used. The frameset is in good condition. The frame has no cracks, no dents and is not bent. The paintwork and decals have been professionally refurbished. The bicycle was fully built up at our workshop in Berlin using some original and some new parts.
